This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Verbatim Hearing Recording (VHR) Products.  The Social Security Administration (SSA), Office of Disability, Adjudication and Review (ODAR) in Region 8, is seeking small business sources to provide verbatim hearing recording products of disability hearings for ODAR at various locations throughout the States of Colorado, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota and Minnesota. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  All responsible small business Offerors may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561492. The size standard is $7.0 million. All Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov prior to award and all contractors must undergo a security background screening prior to performance of any work under the BPA.  All offers must be submitted no later than July 15, 2010, by email or regular mail to the address specified in the RFQ package. Fax copies will not be accepted and no telephone requests for copies of the RFQ will be honored.
