The NAICS code for this requirement is 561492. The size standard is $6.5 million. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The RFQ is posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov and is available for downloading. Paper copies of this RFQ will not be available. All responsible small business offerors may submit an offer which shall be considered. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award.
