The Vermont Department of Public Service is responsible for evaluating energy efficiency programs implemented by Vermont’s Energy Efficiency Utilities, including Vermont Gas Systems. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to select a Contractor, or team of Contractors, to assist in the verification of annual savings claims for VGS’s Programs for program years 2021, 2022 and 2023.
