Vermont Local Roads (VLR) is Vermont’s Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) operating in cooperation with the Vermont Transportation Training Center (VTTC), a division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans). Vermont Local Roads seeks to solicit proposals from qualified training providers (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) who have the capacity to develop and deliver customized and off the shelf training programs designed to support the skills and knowledge of the municipal workforce and development of its professionals. Proposals are also welcome from universities, colleges to provide accredited training programs, assessment of training programs for accreditation, certification and/or continuing education credits.
