This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Description:
The Government is in need of Versalift Van Body for our overhead door crews.

- Single Open door at rear. 8' long X 96" wide X 72" interior clear height (2 EA)
- Step Bumper; rear step bumper with bucket storage area boom rest (2 EA)
- Versalift ET32NF with fly boom aerial lift. Walk in bucket. 350LB platform capacity. Platform cover. GFCI receptacle at bucket. Continuous rotation. Remote handheld lower controls. Emergency 12 hydraulic systems. Tubular platform support. XL body harness. Under frame torsion bar. (2 EA)
- Engine clutch pump hydraulics to operate aerial lift. (2 EA)
- Shipping to Anchorage Alaska

The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition:
52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999)
(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
1. Technical
2. Price
This will be a lowest price technically acceptable purchase.
A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.

PM 11-C-03 Release of Request for Proposals for Contracts Planned for the use of FY11 Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Funding. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has not obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs
In order to be considered for an award, an offeror must have completed the online electronic Representations and Certifications located at http://orca.bpn.gov/ in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a). Potential contractors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
This is LPTA. Price and technical factors will be considered. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion. Offeror shall submit all information with offer as required in FAR 52.212-1. Offerors may obtain copies of the reference provisions and clauses at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm. Quotations must be received by specified response date. Quotations shall be submitted to 2d Lt Meredith Ellen.
All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered.
