the annual scheduled preventative maintenance, call-out repair services when needed, over the phone technical support, and provide parts and materials for any needed parts replacement during scheduled maintenance and call-out repair. It is critical that the production down-time is minimized with these VLM’s. Failure to fund this request will prevent CCAD personnel the maintenance teams/personnel with the needed parts for repair/replacement on the aircraft.
