This procurement is for the creation of one 508 Compliant file for each VA publication. Contractor will be furnished one "Web Ready" PDF for each document and/or publication.

Approximately 29,000 pages from an undermined number of VA Publications, averaging three pages per publication.

PREDOMINANT PRODUCTION FUNCTION: The predominant production functions of this contract are conversion of documents for 508 compliant content. Any bidder who cannot perform these functions in their entirety will be declared non-responsible.
