This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The Government intends on issuing a purchase order to the offeror that represents the most advantageous offer. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is for Brand Name ONLY and FAR 52.211-6 applies. The following evaluation factors will be considered for this RFQ in accordance with FAR 52.212-2: Adherence to the requirements, price, delivery terms.

Required delivery date is no later than 60 days ARO.

Offerers shall include pricing for any extended warranty options available and descriptive literature of the warranty coverage shall accompany the quote.

FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DFARS REPRESENTATIONS WILL RESULT IN YOUR POROPOSAL BEING CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE.

FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED RFQ COVER SHEET AND INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN YOUR PROPOSAL BEING CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE.
