Product: Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) has a requirement to purchase 1 Catheter 7mm x 15cm VIA Vascular 120cm for surgery that was due on 19 January 2016. The Gore Viabahn vascular endoprosthesis was used as part of a Vascular Surgery Procedure. This device is a covered stent which was used to exclude a popliteal aneurysm in order to prevent later complications.

This device was chosen because in the surgeon's opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient's condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome. This is a specific product that is requested by the surgeons. This product is considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. No telephonic request will be honored or returned.
