The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Charleston, SC 22220 has a requirement for the evaluation and repair of ViaSat EBEM ASSY 500R with ESEM. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order to ViaSat for the requirement. ViaSat is the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than seven (7) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed delivery order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
