The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to the contract specialist below no later than, 1 Jun 2017, 8:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time.
