Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for Gore Viatorr Stents #PTB107275 2 EA/ #PTB108275 2 EA. This is a sole source requirement. This requirement is sole source because Interventional Radiologist are typically trained and proficient in the use of one type of hardware and instumentations. Failure to use Gore Viatorr Stents would lead to unfamiliarity with other surgical equipment which could lead to an unfavorable surgical procedure.

Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
