This is a notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source, fixed price contract to Foster & freeman USA Inc, 46030 Manekin Plaza, Suite 170, Sterling, VA 20166 for the purchase of one (1) Video Spectral Comparator system, installation and training in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
