The 409th CSB Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order type contract for commercial IT supply buy for Audio Visual and Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) Equipment in support of United States Army Europe (USAREUR) headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany.

USAREUR must procure an audio visual (AV) system with video display, audio playback, video teleconference (VTC) and microphone capability. Components of the supply are large venue HD projector, VTC Codec, AV HD matrix switcher, AV transmitter and receivers, wireless microphones, HD camera, microphone mixer, audio playback loud speakers, AV rack and cables.
