1. THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE SYNOPSIS ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS AT THIS TIME.

SOLICITATION # W91QVN-16-T-0188 FOR THIS REQUIREMENT MAY OR MAY NOT BE ISSUED AND THERE IS NO ANTICIPATED SOLICIATION RELEASE DATE.

2. This requirement is for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Installation service in 65th MED Brigade, MEDDAK-Korea. (See attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Salient Characteristics)

3. This Special Notice Synopsis will help the potential contractors to be able to determine whether or not to submit a competitive offer. For potential contractors who are interested in this requirement, SOW and Salient characteristics for the requested items are attached.
