St. John the Baptist Parish (herein referred to as “the Parish”) hereby issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified companies (herein referred to as “Company”) to provide audio and video (herein referred to as “Videography”) services for coverage of Parish Council meetings and community events as requested. The Parish will provide the equipment as listed. The Company must provide any additional equipment needed to perform the tasks described in the Scope of Work. The Parish will also accept proposals for upgraded systems and/or equipment to improve the quality of the final product. Addendum No. 1 is issued to correct 2.6 under Section 2.0 Submittion of Proposal
