Village of Riverwoods Flatwoods Heritage Center Development NOTICE OF BID The Village of Riverwoods is accepting sealed bids for the Development of the Flatwoods Heritage Center. Work includes general demolition and removals, grading, storm drainage piping and basins, play area installation including surfacing, curbs, drainage, equipment installation, shelter construction, pathways, parking lot, lighting, stone masonry work, site amenities, concrete flatwork, drinking fountain, native planting restoration, planting and fencing to be constructed in a woodland setting with many large sensitive trees.
