VILLAGE OF WOODRIDGE LEGAL NOTICE OF BID Official notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received in the Woodridge Village Hall, Five Plaza Drive, Woodridge, IL 60517 until 11:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, May 4th, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud for the following: BID NO: 2021-06 VILLAGE HALL PARKING LOT EXPANSION AND LISLE-WOODRIDGE FIRE STATION #52 PARKING LOT REHABILITATION FOR THE LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCIES OF: VILLAGE OF WOODRIDGE AND LISLE-WOODRIDGE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Scope of work includes: Concrete & asphalt removal, concrete & asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, earth excavation, stone base, lighting improvements, pavement markings and landscaping. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Village of Woodridge for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. All work under this contract shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Illinois, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. and Employment of Illinois Works on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/0.01). Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after closing date without the consent of the Village Board. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, fax transmissions or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village of Woodridge reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Local Public Agencies.
