The Government intends to award a contract to Vimsoft Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This requirement is to upgrade existing Vimsoft equipment that allows DMA to utilize the VimBiz software to perform Check In/out, kit, Skid, Booking, Customers (CRM), and Rental Invoice Management. This Action includes customizing of VimSoft reports for DMA rental operations; Modifications to the VimBiz-RFID interface to communicate with the Logistics RFID array; specified days of on-site training and consultation of the VimBiz software; on site consultation to consolidate, structure, pre-clean, and import DMA inventory data.
