The 366th Contracting Squadron, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, intends to solicit and award a sole source one time, firm fixed price purchase order to Integrated Systems Specialist to upgrade to the existing Vindicator system and components for Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10.U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The requirement consists of One Line Item: (0001) Vindicator Alarm Center Upgrade. The applicable NAICS code is 561621 with as size standard of $12.5. Integrated Systems Specialist presently holds the Vindicator maintenance contract and all systems purchases and upgrades. Any system purchases must be placed on the maintenance contract after instillation. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
