The 366th Contracting Squadron, Mountain Home AFB, ID intends to negotiate and award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Integrated Systems Specialists Inc. (ISS), 12116 W Gamekeeper Dr Kuna, ID 83634, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a single source. The the requirement is to upgrade the existing Vindicator system under the current maintenance contract with ISS. The sole source award will ensure the uninterrupted service and improved capability of the existing Vindicator system currently at Mountain Home AFB.
