NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - It is the intent of this agency to award sole source, firm fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 13. Statutory Authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) is implemented by Federal Acquisition regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This agency intends to award the Purchase Order to Honeywell Products, 5307 Industrial Oaks Ste #130, Austin, Texas 78735-8821.

The following line items will be awarded:

CLIN 0001: Vindicator Workstation (VWS) Desk/Rack Mount to include MS Office & Proteus w/485 card, Duo - Core, 2 GB) 1 EACH

CLIN 0002: SAW S/W Application 1 EACH

This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-32 effective 14 May 2009.
