The contractor shall provide, install, and test the operational capability of five (5) new Vindicator Command and Control stations to include: two (2) Win 7 Pro 64 bit AE VCC 2/AE SAW 2 client workstations, three (3) AE VCC 2/SAW 2 standalone workstations, approved AES V5/1500 firmware, and all required equipment, cables, software and licensing.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561621 - Security Systems Services. The size standard for NAICS is $20.5 Million. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The anticipated delivery date for all products to be delivered, installed, and accepted 90 days after date of contract award.
