Each single-incident scenario will be limited to a total of twenty (20) branches filmed and a total of no more than forty (40) branches created during the post-production process. On location creation of custom video scenarios based on customers own after action reports (AARs), training objectives, tactics and standard operating procedures. Agency must provide for but not limited to scenario outlines/treatments, filming locations, department specific vehicles, equipment and props, along with uniformed department personnel for actors/roll players, as needed. Agency SMEs are required for pre-production and on location filming, input, consultation and direction. All five (5) scenarios filmed, at the same time, within the same 50-mile geographical area. Up to an eight-month development cycle, dependent on agency input, cooperation and availability.	1

Scenarios based on customers own after action reports (AARs), training objectives, tactics and standard operating procedures. Agency must provide for but not limited to scenario outlines/treatments, incident panoramas, department specific vehicles, equipment and props, along with uniformed department personnel for actors/roll players, as needed. Agency SMEs required for pre-production and studio filming, providing input, consultation and direction. All character assets filmed at same location, at the same time. Up to a six-month development cycle, dependent on agency input, cooperation and availability.	1
