This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Vmax Vyntus CPX Metabolic Cart System Equipment prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number to 2005-97 effective 24 JAN 2018

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Army Health Contracting Activity, US. Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for all equipment associated with this requirement that meet or exceed the Government's specifications. The Contractor is to provide the equipment listed below. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY Solicitation. Brand Name justification is posted with this solicitation. Interested Offerors are invited to submit a quotation via e-mail to [email protected] no later than specified above. Offeror shall provide a quote in accordance with the requirements stated below. Offerors shall provide ALL items. All proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will not be considered by the Government.
