VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking bids from responsible vendors to provide new mill and overlay, and new pavement markings throughout the VIA Metro Center (VMC) Parking Lot located at 1021 San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, Texas. New wheel stops and new flexible delineators will be installed at selected areas within the parking lot area. The SBE goal for this procurement is 36%. Pre-Bid Conference VIA will have a Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit on July 1, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via teleconference.
