Solicitation N00421-15-R-0039 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with North Atlantic Industries, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). North Atlantic industries is the original equipment manufacturer and only source that can Provide the VME -16SDPM-48GN cards to meet the minimum requirement in accordance with the statement of work.

This is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

***Basis for Award***

ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
