P = Presolicitation Notice for VME Cards that will support generating the following signals:
-Seven (7) waveform signal generators
-Two (2) (LVDT) Linear Variable Differential Transformers signal simulator
-Four (4) proximity senor signal simulators
-Four (4) +/-10 VDC (DAC) Digital to Analog signals
-Four Hundred and Thirty-Five (435) 28VDC to open discrete signals
-Seventeen (17) resistor signal generator

In accordance with FAR 6.302.1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis to North Atlantic Industries 110 Wilbur Place Bohemia, NY 11716-2416.. VME Cards as follows 1) qty 2 ea p/n 64C1-E1E1E1Z0Z0Z00FC, 6U multifunction I/O board, 2) QTY 2 ea 64C3-5J5JFCF1K6K60FC10 6U multifunction I/O board, 3) Qty 6 ea 64C3-K6K6K6K6K6K60FC10 6U Multifunction I/O board and 4) Qty 4 ea for6906-6C3-7 6U VME Programmable Resistor Board. North American Industries is the manufacturer of the VME cards and the only vendor that can provide a direct replacement to meet the form fit and function of the existing equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-15-T-0239 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
