Solicitation N0042117Q0242 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Dawn VME Products for items and quantities listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).
