THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.  In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b)(2)(i) this notice is issued for the purpose of market research.    This notice is not to be construed as an acquisition Request for Quote (RFQ), nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. Any information provided by the Government at this time is preliminary and may be updated or changed prior to release of a formal RFQ. NAICS associated with this effort are listed above

 The Broadcasting Board of Governors seeks to identify any potential sources capable of providing services as identified herein.  These services are for Digital News and Features (Reporter)s  for VOA Persian News Network for several cities in the United States list below: 

This requirement is anticipated to have Base Year and Four Option Years all options will be exercise at the discretion of the Government.  This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 13 The solicitation will contain the Statement of work and evaluation factor is expected to be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.gov) website no sooner than 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. 

A description of work is also attached.
