This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The below line items are a part of the Vocera Communications System that was solicited under FAR Part 8/GSA eBuy. The items were identified by the vendor as being open market and not a part of the vendor's GSA schedule contract. Therefore, in accordance with FAR Part 8.402(f), the ordering activity is meeting the requirements of FAR Part 5, Publicizing.
