A solicitation was posted in the GSA Integrated Technology Solutions Shop (ITSS) for Cisco Equipment. The purpose of this posting is to comply with the requirements at FAR 6.302-1(c). FAR 6.305(a) and FAR 5.1029(a)(6) which states when an acquisition contains brand name specifications, the contracting officer shall include with the solicitiation the justification or documentation required by 6.302-1(c). Since FAR 5.201 requires posing on the GPE, a copy of the solicitation and brand name justification are also being posted here.
