The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Voyager GIS software, maintenance and professional support. DexterGIS LLC is the sole source provider of licenses, support and maintenance for its Voyager GIS software. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1) was prepared in support of this acquisition.

This procurement is subject to the technical standards from 36 CFR part 1194 Subpart B and the functional performance criteria from 36 CFR part 1194 Subpart C of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
