Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Beverage Pouring Services to Valdosta State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Valdosta State University (VSU) is seeking a nationally acclaimed, high-visibility beverage brand provider to procure sole rights and exclusive pour privileges for the College¿s entire beverage dispensing and vending operation with the exceptions noted in Attachment 1 Section 2.1.
