Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide VSU Laundry Vending Services to the Valdosta State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Valdosta State University is soliciting proposals to furnish all labor, equipment, technology, and supervision required to provide laundry services for on-campus residence halls in an inclusive model that will provide our on-campus residents with open access to laundry services. The university desires the best laundry program for its residents, therefore the objective of this solicitation is to provide the university with laundry services that are reliable, effective, and customer service oriented. The program must offer attractive high quality, well-maintained equipment.
