The part number specified in item number 4(part number 4870-00408-106) is for one year support on Polycom's HDX 7000 series, which does not include the Media Center. The correct part number is 4870-00560-106 which provides one year of support for the HDX 7002 Media Center with dual 50" displays, which is specified in item number 3. In order to meet the specification, can I bid the correct part number for line item 4? Please advise.
