The 409th CSB Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order type contract for commercial IT supply buy for Audio Visual (AV) and video teleconference (VTC) equipment for two (2) fly away kits in support of the United States Army Europe (USAREUR) headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany.
The equipment will be used to support briefings, training, and presentation displays at various locations, such as other rooms or offices. Components of the supply are VTC Codec, AV matrix switches, 58” LED display, HD camera mounts, AAP mounting plates/ barrels connectors, A/B power switch, power distro surge protector, and cables.
The Solicitation will be issued on or around 10 July 2020.
