The contractor shall provide installation of hardware and software required for Video Tele-Communication (VTC) capability of an unclassified system capable of making and receiving calls via IP topology. This service will be performed at building 2610 Air Advisory Academy Conference Room Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst NJ 08641. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
This is a commercial acquisition. This pre-solicitation notice is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the related small business size standard 750 employees. A site visit is tentively scheduled and will be announced in the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 29 July 2014. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on Federal Business Opportunities at www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be made available.
