NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to Unicom Government for Audio Visual Equipment. Unicom Government installed the existing equipment and a warranty on current items is still in effect. Unicom Government does not allow any entity or person to perform upgrades or modifications to the current equipment. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit documentation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 3:00PM PST, 5 October 14 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
