This is a notice of intent that Robins AFB anticipates issuing a solicitation for the acquisition of services to provide monthly preventive maintenance and all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor necessary to maintain, and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Robins AFB in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. NOTE: The term "VTE" in this synopsis includes all freight and passenger elevators, and may include wheelchair/stair lifts, dock levelers, and dumbwaiters. The basic contract award will be for a 4 month period with an additional 4 (four) 1 year options and one 8 month option.
