The Government intends to issue a brand name only solicitation for the Vyntus Body PC Diffusion System for the Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital, Korea.  The NAICS code for this requirement is 339112.  This solicitation is being solicited under FAR 8.404 Use of Federal Supply Schedules. 

The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) Brand Name which authorizes the government to award contracts to a particular Brand Name when other products do not meet the agency’s needs.
