Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) is conducting market research through this RFI / Sources Sought Notice to seek contract sources for rental of a Spectranetics, CVX-300, Excimer Laser System, Brand Name or Equal. The equipment will be used at the William S. Middleton VAMC, 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, WI 53705. Seeking Rental of: - CVX-300 Excimer Laser System used for the treatment of peripheral and coronary arterial disease and lead extraction and management. VAMC uses the CVX-300 on selected patients with cardiovascular abnormalities and difficult removal of pacemaker and defibrillator cardiac leads. Include with the lease of this equipment, contractor will be required to install and provide all maintenance and repair of the Excimer Laser A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
