USMILGP - Bogota would like to identify interested parties for Fixed Wing airlift requirements for the country of Colombia. The requirement will be to provide a combination of Non DOD passenger and cargo movements. The Contractor must be certified to fly in Colombia, be able to perform 4 simultaneous missions, have aircraft available 24/7, and have 1 backup aircraft at all times. The aircraft shall be able to land on short, unimproved runways in remote locations and carry a minimum of 35 personnel and their equipment or a total of 4 tons of cargo. Interested carriers are requested to submit a statement demonstrating their capability to perform the responsibilities listed above and indicate whether they are a Department of Defense (DOD) approved carrier . Responses shall be limited to three pages and submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or Adobe .pdf format.
