REQUEST FOR INFORMATION VISN 4 is requesting information form companies who offer the following services. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY: The market research is looking to identify potential vendors who have the capabilities to offer the following: Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 provides Home Oxygen delivery and set-up to Veteran beneficiaries in Pennsylvania and Delaware. The Contractor(s) shall be responsible for providing Home Oxygen supply to Veteran beneficiaries serviced by VISN 4 Prosthetics and Sensory Aid Service (P&SAS). The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, transportation of equipment, set-up, labor, supervision, patient education, safety management, and infection control, as necessary, for patients on home respiratory care therapy, as specified. Any companies interested in this requirement please respond. Potential sites for services include: Wilmington VAMC in Delaware, Lebanon VAMC in Pennsylvania, Wilkes-Barre VAMC in Pennsylvania, and Coatesville VAMC in Pennsylvania.
