This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest by providing a capability statement not later than October 19, 2018 at 10:00am. The capability statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
