Notice of intent to sole source requirement to the Denver Rennaissance Hotel for audio-visual equipment rental, set-up, and tear down for a training and developement conference being held at the Denver Renaissance Hotel. This proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or sibmit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
