STATEMENT OF WORK 1.0 Description of Services: The contractor shall provide service for 22 cell phones at Defense Distribution Depot Europe. Service shall include, but not be limited to, monthly basic price, airtime, and customer defined service options. The government reserves the right to add Blackberry service to the contract in the future by modification. 1.1 The following service options shall be provided: Mobile option 24, International option, and Flat intern option. 1.2 All 22 cell phones shall be combined in one single contract, specifying a certain start and expiration/renewal date for all numbers in use. Phone numbers assigned shall not be changed unless at the request of the government. 1.3 Service shall be continous and uninterrupted 24 hours daily, 7 days a week. Area of operation is to be worldwide. Coverage within Germany is to be guaranteed 100 % with reception of the roaming partner T-D1 in areas of weak signal strength. 1.4 In overseas location (CONUS) operation shall be ensured in those areas with Voicestream coverage, or any other CONUS based roaming partner. 2. Monthly itemized billing is required at no additional cost and shall provide air time charges in 30 second increments. 3. Service provider shall provide one instrument per phone number at no additional cost to the government upon contract award.
