1. Rental of 1 ea tent, 25 x 55 meter, to include wooden floor, adequate lighting, 5 handicap ramps for each of the 5 entrances required. One curtain with windows and with entrance (no handycap ramp required inside) to divide the tent into two sections. One section of 25 x 40 meters for vendors and 25 x 15 meters for the sponsors. No stakes can be used for set up of the tent.Tent shall be set up and secured to withhold windstorms and heavy rain. The floor should be leveled and safe to walk on, wothout holes. Delivery and set up: 13 September 2004, 0730 hours Set up to be completed not later than 2100 hrs. Pick up and tear down: 20 Sept 04 b6 1800 hrs. 2. Rental of 1250 set fest furniture, each set of furnitre consist of 1 table and 2 benches: Delivery: 13 Sept 04, 0900 hrs to be completed not later than 14 September 2004 1200 hrs. Pick up: 20 September 2004, 1000 hrs. The contractor shall deliver the furniture on pallets to the welfare bazaar location. The pallets will be off loaded by the NAFI. The pallets shall remain on site during the bazaar to enable the NAFI to reload the furnitre onto the pallets for pick up by the contractor. The contractor shall notify the NAFI of the exact delivery date and time. Delivery is to be made to the bazaar location through the Ramstein Air Base Harmon Gate. The contractor shall provide the name of the delivery person, license plate number of the truck to the NAFI not later than 10 September 2004. POC: Mrs. Anke Buck, tel: 06371-47-5991 NOTE: For any lost or damaged equipment the customer is obligated to pay Euro 23.00 for each bench and Euro 33.00 for each table.The fest furniture shall be delivered on pallets and will be loaded on pallets again by the customer for pick up. In case the fest furniture is not loaded correctly and required reloading by the contractor, the customer is obligated to pay Euro 700.00. Contractor shall report all damages/loss and incorrect loading prior to his departure on 20 Sep 04 to the POC for technical issues for concurrance
