McChord AFB located near Tacoma, Washington intends to establish a Firm-Fixed Price award for vehicles in support of Airlift Rodeo 05 during the month of June 05. This requirement will include direct rentals to the U. S. Air Force as well as the establishment of a Satellite Vehicle Rental Service Center on McChord AFB. The successful contractor will provide vehicle rental services to Rodeo 05 attendees out of the Satellite Center. This acquisition will be accomplished as a Commercial Item in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12 Utilizing Commercial Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA4479-05-T-0003 will be posted on or about 6 April 2005. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is W023. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7514 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532111. The Small Business Size Standard is $21.5 million. A site visit will be held on 13 April 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at Suite 2001, Building 100, 100 Main Street, McChord AFB.
