This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912KC-13-R-0003 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect. This acquisition is unrestricted and solicited on open market basis. The contractor shall provide quote for the lease of the following equipment: 1 ea Xerox, 144 DPSC or equal and 1 ea Xerox XC1000 or equal for a period of 1 base year plus 4 option years. See attached PWS and solicitation documents. The government will inspect the equipment before acceptance. The equipment shall be delivered to the Pennsylvania National Guard Support Services Reproduction Building, 11-74, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003. The Government will conduct an inspection of the equipment before delivery and acceptance. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), will be most advantages to the Government, and is fair and reasonable.
